All orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Time

Standard shipping reaches most Indian addresses in 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability.

Shipping Charges

Calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and total package weight.  

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final; we do not accept returns. Please review your order details and shipping address carefully before completing payment.  

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your parcel arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product:

• Email us at info@himherbs.com within 48 hours of delivery.
• Attach clear photos of the outer packaging and the affected product(s).

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund for the affected items at no additional cost.
